I realize this is a pathetic return to the blogging world after more than a summer long hiatus. But I felt it was important to share with you all, that earlier this evening, I personally extracted my own tonsilloliths with a number of Q-tips and my mom's lighted makeup mirror. It was deeply satisfying, in a way I'm not sure I can accurately describe. I am officially well. Thank you. Thank you very much.
